General Processing & Delivery

- Transit (U.S.): typically 4–8 business days
- Transit (Canada): typically 6–12 business days
- Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships; please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.

Duties, Taxes & Address Accuracy
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Canadian orders may be subject to duties or import fees collected by the carrier.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we can’t reroute parcels once in transit.

Returns & Exchanges
If your selection isn’t the perfect fit, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Window
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/accessories.
Exclusions
- Personalized/monogrammed items (final sale, unless defective)
- Used bedding and grooming tools (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items as noted on product pages
How to Start a Return
Email info@maisonfur.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with simple next steps.
Exchanges
To receive your replacement quickly, exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order once the original item is received.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
