Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International expansion is coming soon.

How long will my order take?

  • Processing: 1–3 business days (personalized items: 5–10 business days)
  • Transit (U.S.): typically 4–8 business days
  • Transit (Canada): typically 6–12 business days

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Will I pay duties or taxes?

Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Canadian orders may incur duties collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing quickly. Email us as soon as possible—if your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Which items are final sale?

  • Personalized/monogrammed items (unless defective)
  • Used bedding or grooming tools (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked Final Sale on product pages

How do I start a return?

Email info@maisonfur.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with simple next steps.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


Products & Sizing

Are your products safe and durable?

We curate from vetted suppliers and review items for build quality and materials. Always supervise pets when introducing new products and discontinue use if wear or damage appears.

How do I choose the right size?

Refer to the sizing guide on each product page. If you’re unsure, email us your pet’s measurements and we’ll advise.

Do you offer personalization?

Yes—select items in our On The Go collection (e.g., collars, etc.) offer monogram or engraving options on the product page.


Payments & Gifting

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. PayPal is also available at checkout.


Care & Maintenance

How do I care for beds, blankets, and apparel?

Care instructions are listed on each product page. When in doubt, spot clean with a gentle detergent and air dry to preserve materials.
